We can address your envelopes with the lettering style and ink color of your choice. We can address both your outer and inner envelopes! Custom Envelope orders cannot be ordered online. Call in your order at 1-800-332-3296, then email us your guest list as an Excel or Works Spreadsheet and include your order confirmation number with the email. We prefer that you download the Excel Template that we have prepared. If you use your own spreadsheet, please be sure that all cells are formatted as text or we may lose information in the printing process. *Your files must follow the guidelines and examples shown. Please call if you have questions.
Outer Envelope
Addressing using an Excel template: For outer envelopes, please specify whether you would like return address printing on the front corner or back flap. If the print location is not specified, we will print the return address on the front corner as shown below. (In our template the city, state zip is all in one cell). Inner Envelope Addressing using an Excel template:

spreadsheet are necessary to create "post office ready"
addresses, you will be informed and have the option of correcting and
