My fiancé proposed around our one year anniversary, he had his 5 yr old daughter make me a card. It was so thoughtful and sweet I cried my eyes out, my heart just swelled and melted at the same time.
She was just learning to read and right, he helped her make the card by folding the paper on the outside was a question mark with a heart for the little dot. Inside is said Robin, will you marry my daddy? Omg, I about burst with pure joy! I teared up and said of course I will. I love you both with ALL my heart…I asked her to sign the card and date it for me and I will treasure it for ALL time. My only concern was that my fiancé made it clear to his daughter what was happening and that she was ok with it. Needless to say it was! This will be wedding number two for us both and our last. My engagement ring is a 3.25 Swiss blue topaz checkerboard cut, I love it. I love James (my fiancé) and his daughter, Claudia. I thank God for them Everyday!
Blessings
